General Terms and Conditions (AGB) for Mino-chige
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the website mino-chige.com. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order follows immediately after the order is sent via an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm the dispatch of the goods or delivery.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

Note: You must explicitly state that the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer if you do not wish to cover them yourself.

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all contracts between us and the customer.
